Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having a liposuction for lipoaugmentation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No approval, severe systemic diseases, chemotherapy, tumor disease

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Bone formation (Giemsa-Toluidine Blue staining, histological quantification of newly formed bone within the bone block).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Amount of secreted alkaline phosphatase, osteocalcin, osteopontin, collagen I (measured by ELISA, every 3 days throughout the entire cultivation period).
