Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: sufficient knowledge of german language (subjective rating of participants) own internet-enabled smartphone with own phone number Acceptance and approval of study conditions and use of data (participants under 17: additional acceptance of parent)

MeasureTime frame
Mental Health Literacy (MHLS), pre- post- 3-months follow-up and 6-months follow-up assessment

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
emotion regulation (DERS-SF), mental well-being (RRS-Brooding, PSS-4, SDQ, WHO-5), applicability and acceptance of the app (MARS-G) to all 4 assessment timings; current well-being (MDBF, DERS-SF) as an ambulatory assessment 2x daily during the first week of data collection
