Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients m/f/d of physical medicine/physiotherapy with muscular trigger points with existing myofascial complaints with indication for physical therapy Age at least 18 years Sufficient knowledge of German to answer the questionnaires Informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Examination not feasible or aborted Known previous operations, scarring changes in the area to be examined (surgery) Structural or neurogenic muscle changes Missing data (incompletely documented images of the examination)
