Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who will undergo uncomplicated cataract surgery under topical anesthesia 2. Same level of cataract in both eyes (by LOCS III scale). 3. Similar axial length (difference less than 1 mm) and similar anterior chamber depth (difference less than 0.3 mm).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Nuclear, cortical or posterior subcapsular cataract with LOCS =2 2. Low pupillary dilation 3. Traumatic or complicated cataract 4. Previous endothelial corneal pathology 5. Requirement to undergo combined ocular surgeries 6. Other ocular comorbidity (glaucoma or retinal pathology) or previous ocular surgery
