Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with acute right heart failure (defined as systemic congestion, right ventricular dysfunction, low output, hypoemia. Receipt of therapeutic diuretic administration. Presence of a signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of legal capacity, patient (or proxy) is unable to provide written informed consent for study participation.

The primary end point is the proportion of patients after i.v. diuretic administration with decrease in eGFR 15%.
