Group 1: The patients sign a consent form in which they agree to take part in the study.
All CT examinations will be performed using a dual-source CT scanner with identical data acquisition parameters

Inclusion criteria: Age > 18 years Indication for the performance of a CT thorax Signed declaration of consent
