Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The aim of this study is to evaluate a novel miRNA-based method for early detection of lung cancer (NSCLC) in a cohort of patients with suspicious X-ray/CT findings. In this study, 360 preserved patient samples will be selected from a biobank.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The existing miRNA signature will applied to these samples and the sensitivity as well as specificity will be determined.
