Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: one of the above-mentioned diagnoses from the group of inflammatory rheumatic diseases: rheumatoid arthritis; psoriatic arthritis; juvenile idiopathic arthritis; osteoarthritis Patient consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnancy, therapy with glucocorticoids >10mg prednisolone equivalent/day for >2 weeks, post organ transplantation, substitution with selenium.
