Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Own an iPhone with iOS 16 • Use at least one social media app on the smartphone on a regular basis • Be fluent in English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Be a minor (i.e., younger than 18 years) • Insufficient comprehension of the English language
