Inclusion criteria: - typical accident mechanism: headlong jump into shallow water - cervical paraplegia - Survey period 1983 to 2014

MeasureTime frame
The outcome measures examined are the change in paralysis level from admission to discharge and whether continuous ventilation or spontaneous breathing is present at discharge.
