Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - presence of brooding (screening question yes/no) - at least mild depressive symptoms (BDI) - sufficient language skills

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - not of age of majority - non-fulfillment of the inclusion criteria - inpatient treatment - outpatient psychotherapy

MeasureTime frame
Primary objectives of the study are: 1) to investigate compliance of subjects to participate continuously in the survey, 2) to investigate factors that might be related to compliance (e.g. age, depressiveness). 3) to evaluate the EMA phase as such and to evaluate the single interventions.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary objectives of the study are: 1) to examine the effectiveness of the interventions (pre-post and in EMA). 2) the uptake behavior of subjects of the interventions (e.g., are certain interventions preferred?).
