Inclusion criteria: Natural menstrual cycle in women

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: For women: hormonal contraception or peri-/menopause, recent childbirth Neurological or psychiatric disorders Alcohol abuse or regular drug use Over 10 cigarettes per day Taking steroid-containing medications

Ecological Momentary Assessment (EMA) and smartwatch via cell phone app to capture how the hypnosis intervention affects stress levels in everyday life

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Influence of the hypnosis intervention on acute stress reactivity in a laboratory examination 7 days after the hypnosis session. In the laboratory, the Trier Social Stress Test (TSST) is performed and subjective (stress, anxiety) and physiological (cortisol, ECG) stress markers are recorded
