Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - BMI: 25-40kg/m2 - At least one child at the age of 5-12 years - Health safety (GC questionnaire of the DGSP; medical certificate in case of persons over 40 years)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Participation in other exercise or nutrition programs - Contraindication to exercise - No internet access

3 measurement time points: Baseline, 3-month and 6-month follow-up. Father: Body weight, bioimpedance analysis

Father & Child: - (z)BMI, muscle mass, fat mass, bioimpedance analysis. - hip size, measuring tape - Cardiorespiratory fitness (VO2peak), shuttle run test (Léger et al. 1982) - Physical activity behavior, 7-day accelerometry (GENEActiv, Activinsights Ltd., UK) - Dietary behavior, dietary protocol (SACANA, www.sacana.eu) Father: - Psychological well-being, Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-4). - Father-child relationship quality, Multiperspective Parent-Child Relationship Questionnaire (MEK, parent version; Müller and Achtergarde 2018).
