Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Parkinson's syndrome or unclear tremor syndrome (which led to referral to nuclear medicine for FP-CIT SPECT examination). Signing of the consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Non-consent or inability to consent to study participation. - Alcohol/drug abuse (current or history) - acute psychotic symptoms - Relevant previous ophthalmologic disease (high-grade visual loss, age-related macular degeneration, glaucoma) - relevant cognitive impairment (MOCA score < 18) - severe previous internal disease (e.g. cardiac insufficiency) or orthopedic/rheumatologic previous disease interfering with the planned examinations - Pregnancy according to self-disclosure
