Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Students with native German language skills who are in the "Psychotherapy" master's program at the University of Lübeck and are interested in a research internship with accompanying ACT training in the form of "ACT for Health"; To carry out the research internship, the formal requirements for carrying out the research internship required for the degree program must be fulfilled
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Students who, despite meeting the inclusion criteria, have no opportunity to regularly participate in the "ACT for Health" training
