Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Mild to moderate depressive episode in the context of a unipolar depressive episode (ICD-10 F32.0; F32.1) or recurrent unipolar depressive disorder (ICD-10: F33.0, F33.1) or dysthymia (as determined on the record by the prescribing provider) - Outpatient status - Respondent is able to communicate both orally and in writing, German-speaking - Internet-enabled smartphone to download and use the intervention (iFightDepression app). - Prescription of the iFightDepression app granted - Digital consent given within the app

MeasureTime frame
The main goal of the evaluation described here is to investigate the user behavior of a DiGA for people with depression in regular care in order to identify potential starting points for further improvements of the intervention. Thus, the evaluation is primarily exploratory and not restricted to specific methods or questions.
