Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients, scheduled for general anesthesia with a laryngeal mask airway and need for neuromuscular blockade.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • missing written consent • Age III • gastrointestinal disease or complaints • gastroesophageal reflux disease • previous operations at the upper gastrointestinal tract • difficult airway • end-stage restrictive lung disease • pregnancy • BMI > 35 kg/m² • implanted defibrillators or pacemakers
