Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: People can participate in the study • aged 60 and over • who are able to walk independently • who are potentially at risk of falling (assessment by relatives or medical professionals). Specialist staff or self-assessment)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Excluded from participation are persons who: • have fallen in the past 3 months • have had lower extremity surgery in the past 12 months (e.g. hip replacement, knee replacement, femoral neck fracture, ankle surgery, vascular surgery...) • are cognitively unable to perform complex test and exercise sequences • Have a diagnosed osteoporosis.
