Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - enrollment at a German university - sufficient knowledge of the German language to perform nutritional survey methods

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - No written consent given for study participation - Minority or exceeding the maximum age limit - Pregnancy, lactation - presence of a serious illness or acute illness at the time of the study - mental illnesses related to eating behavior (e.g. anorexia nervosa)

Survey of the dietary behavior of students in Münster and its change over the survey period.

Determination of nutritional status using anthropometric measures (body weight, height, BMI, skinfold thickness, body circumferences [upper arm, abdomen, waist, hip], bioelectrical impedance analysis [BIA], ultrasound measurement of muscle thickness/condition), blood parameters (dry blood; measurements of energy and vitamin metabolism), saliva and urine analyses (e.g., food intake biomarkers, metabolic parameters).
