Group 1: All subjects will complete an initial screening phase over several weeks in which exercise, training, and sleep behavior will be analyzed. During this phase, 1-2 appointments will be held at

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: at least 2 training sessions per week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute injuries to the lower extremity Medication

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary endpoint of the study is to investigate whether individual load control in a repeated bout is possible based on the force losses of the previous training.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary endpoint is to investigate how systematic and peripheral metabolic processes behave during the intervention and whether these processes may play a role in the subsequent exercise response.
