Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -ability to give consent and to cooperate concerning physical and mental condition -healthy eyes -no systemic diseases
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - former ocular surgeries - regular ophthalmic medication - other ocular pathologies like optic neuropathy, optic atrophy, traumatic mydriasis, damaged iris sphincter and pupil irregularity
