Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: dental students of JLU Gießen = 20 natural teeth
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Braces, retainers (top) - Oral piercing or tooth jewellery - Pregnancy and breastfeeding - Cognitive and physical limitations when brushing teeth (e.g. due to arm injury) - professional teeth cleaning or tooth polishing in the past 4 weeks - Smoker (> 5 cig./day) - No acute or chronic diseases affecting the oral cavity (e.g. diabetes, HIV, eating disorders, herpes) - Not taking medication for epilepsy, heart disease or immunosuppression.
