Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (a) elderly people in nursing homes (independent of age, sex or diagnosis) (b) no frailty or maximum of mild to moderate frailty (clinical frailty scale: Level <5, Rockwood [13] (evaluated by nursing staff or legal guardian) (c) physical and psychological ability to participate in group exercises (evaluated by nursing staff) (d) cognitive abilites to give informed consent (evaluated by nursing staff or legal guardian) (e) sufficient speech and hearing ability
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: diagnosed swallow, speech or language imapairment (speech pathology; EAT-10 Score <2), moderate to severe dementia (DemTect =8), life expectancy less than 6 months (double surprise question)
