Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Metastatic breast cancer patient undergoing radiotherapy (RT) of macroscopic tumour to at least one metastatic site - > 18 years - Female - Ability to report patient-reported outcomes in case of palliative radiotherapy - Patient gave informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Characterisation of circulating tumor cells and peripheral blood lymphocytes in patients with oligo- and polymetastatic disease. Peripheral blood will be examined at the first and last fraction of radiotherapy as well as the first follow-up at 6 to 8 after treatment.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Local control and symptomatic response of treated metastases as well as time to further distant metastasis in dependence of radiobiological factors.
