Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Patients in cardiological, oncological or orthopaedic rehabilitation • High probability of self-rated negative occupational prognosis based on Würzburger screening • Insured by DRV Bund/DRV Berlin-Brandenburg • Written informed consent • Ability to understand German language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Early retirement • Unemployment over 3 months before cardiological, oncological or orthopedic event and index-event, respectively
