Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Severe cerebral illness (Early rehabilitation-Barthel-index <35 or need for treatment on the ICU)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: no polygraphy performed in the specific patient heart failure NYHA III or IV COPD GOLD 3 or 4
