Group 1: Patients with Parkison's disease. For the investigation of the training quality, the practice of a finger movement sequence "as fast as possible" will be compared with controlled slow finger

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Parkinson's disease, Hoehn and Yahr stage I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - lack of capacity for self-determined consent - other neurological diseases with the exception of M Parkinson's disease - severe pre-existing internal diseases (e.g., heart failure) or orthopedic/rheumatologic conditions that may interfere with task performance - alcohol/drug abuse (current or past) - Pregnancy (exclusion by medical history) - professional musicians/professional writers - concurrent participation in other intervention studies - acute psychosis - use of neuroleptics - relevant cognitive impairment (MOCA 19)

Primary endpoints of the study are training-induced change in task performance ("immediate post-test") and "offline" consolidation of task performance after 6 hours
