Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients undergoing cardiac CT before transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI), cardiac CT to exclude coronary heart disease (CHC), cardiac MRI to exclude myocarditis or ischemic cardiomyopathy or other cardiac MRI - all participants have to be capable of giving consent and have to voluntarily agree to participate in the trial - speak German fluently

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Panic attacs or anxiety disorders in medical history - Cognitive disability (Dementia, psychosis etc.) - Currently recieving anxiolytical medication - Significant visual or hearing impairment
