Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: At least one of the following diseases: multiple sclerosis (MS), various inflammatory rheumatic diseases (CIRD) as well as chronic inflammatory bowel diseases (CED) OR (Physicians who treat these patient groups (neurology, gastroenterology, rheumatology and general medicine))

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The overall research goal is the evidence-led development of recommendations for action to increase the vaccination rate in patients with autoimmune diseases. This is split into four operational objectives (OZ), with OZ 1 and OZ 2 examined in the first arm and OZ 3 addressed in the second arm. All results will be included in OZ 4: OZ 1: Analysis of vaccination uptake, vaccination effectiveness, occurrence of severe vaccination reactions as well as total costs from an SHI perspective in MAC patients and a matched comparison group. OZ 2: Identification of influencing factors and predictors for the uptake of relevant vaccinations among MAC patients on the basis of SHI routine data. OZ 3: Identification of barriers and facilitators to vaccination among both treating physicians and MAC patients, description of the individual vaccination strategy of treating physicians and analysis of the reasons for low vaccination rates as part of a qualitative primary data collection. OZ 4: Development of target group-oriented information materials.

The following additional endpoints will be investigated in the context of OZ 1: - Uptake of different vaccinations - Incidence of different vaccine-preventable infections (vaccine effectiveness) - Occurrence of various vaccination reactions - Health economics: Types of costs of care for vaccine-preventable infections. Medium- and long-term costs of the care of vaccine-preventable infections (days of sick leave, care, remedies and aids).
