Inclusion criteria: documented previous SARS-CoV2 infection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: unability to provide informed consent

MeasureTime frame
Cost of out-patient treatment (Collection of care costs for the measures taken before the start of the study and during the course of the study in relation to long/post-Covid as reported by the study subject. Information from the questionnaires is recorded at each visit and matched to "GOÄ"-values. This will provide an approximation to expenses that were spent by subjects included in this study)

MeasureTime frame
Evaluation of changes in physical performance (6-minute walking test, hand dynamometer measurement), cognitive disorders (standardised questionnaires) and immunological changes (blood test) 3 and 6 months after inclusion in comparison to the time of study inclusion.
