Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Properties of excitatory and inhibitory synapses (observed using light and electron microscopy), amplitude, frequency, and time constants of excitatory/inhibitory potentials, and intrinsic properties.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Analysis of protein expression (Western blot analysis, proteomics analyses), analysis of gene expression (RNA analysis), and analysis of chromatin organization (ChIP, ATAC (transposase)-based analysis).
