Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -histologically confirmed invasive vulvar carcinoma -planned primary surgery including inguinal lymph node removal -performing a preoperative inguinal sonography documented at UFK Rostock -cM0

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -cM1 -no OP ability
