Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: elective surgery of the upper/lower extremities (fractures), surgery scheduled within the next 3 days, ability to consent to participate, presence of a signed informed consent document, sufficient command of the German language
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: younger than 18 years, not able to consent, insufficient command of the German language, emergency surgeries and tumour-related surgeries, not wanting to participate
