Interventions

Group 1: Computer-based cognitive training by means of individually tailored training based on a computer-based assessment (RehaCom®) 3x/week. Training duration approx. 10-15 min. each time. Group 2:

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - awake, responsive patients in intensive care units with sepsis and after at least 24 hours of invasive/non-invasive ventilation (from RASS -1) - Sufficient knowledge of German as mother tongue or foreign language level at least C1 - Written consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Health condition that does not allow or enable the tests to be carried out (e.g. deep sedation, coma).

Cognitive performance (by means of occupational therapy computer-based assessment) in the course of intensive care treatment at T0, T1 (7 days), T2 (discharge/14 days)	—
