Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: biopsy-proven primary membranous glomerulopathy (MGN), detection of antoantibodies (phospholipase-A2-receptor [PLA2R], or thrombospondin type1 domain-containing 7 A [THSD7A]), nephrotic-range proteinuria (urine protein to creatinine ratio [UPCR] = 3.5 g/g or Serum Albumin = 3.5 g/dl).

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Time until endpoint is reached: proteinuria < 0,5 g/g or serum albumin = 4 g/dl (in dependance of age, sex, BMI, renal fuction, PLAR2-antibody status, immunsuppressive or non-immunsuppressive therapy)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
eGFR improvement (+ 20% in reference to baseline)
