Inclusion criteria: RA, PsA, SpA Ability to answer survey alone/with help of next of kin German speaking informed consent treatment in rheumatol. outpatient clinic at the time of the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: cognitive impairment inpatient care
