Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - fluent in german - Body-Mass-Index = 18,5 und < 25 - 3 - 6 exercise sessions/week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - chronic diseases - regular medication at inclusion or in previous 6 months - hormonal contraception - pregnancy or breast-feeding - blood donation in 56 days prior to inclusion - medication (also once) in 2 weeks prior to inclusion - acute infection in 2 weeks prior to inclusion
