Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Focus group with kidney transplant patients: Patients aged =18 years whose kidney transplantation took place at least 6 months prior to recruitment. Focus group with physicians: Physicians of the Kidney Transplant Outpatient Department at MHH aged =18 years. Online-survey of general practitioners: All general practitioners in Germany aged =18 years who provide care for at least one kidney transplant patient who received a kidney transplant at MHH.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for kidney transplant patients to participate in a focus group: 1) Patients on the waiting list for a kidney; 2) Patients without a general practitioner; 3) Insufficient cognitive and language skills.
