| Behavioral trust. The subjects indicate in a questionnaire whether they consider the described case to require emergency care or not. The symptom checker gives the opposite recommendation and contradicts the subjects' appraisal. Behavioral trust is calculated by coding cases in which subjects deviate from their initial opinion in favor of the symptom checker as "trusted" and coding subjects who do not deviate as "not trusted". | — |
