Group 1: 15 psoriasis patients treated with a biologic

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adult, male and female patients can participate in this study, - who have severe to moderate psoriasis for which guideline-recommended therapy with one of the following already approved biologics (secukinumab, brodalumab, ixekizumab) is recommended. - who understand the nature, significance and scope of the study - who are able to understand and follow the instructions of the study staff - who have signed an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Minority - Pregnancy and breastfeeding - lack of informed consent - are incapable of giving consent and / or are unable to understand the nature, significance and scope of the study and to give their consent in writing.
