Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: male and female age 18 - 75 years BMI 15 - 30 kg/m2 elective coronary artery bypass elective aortic valve surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: emergent surgery patient refusal repeat surgery high risk of perioperative bleeding intraoperative hypthermia (<32 degrees) preoperative catecholamine support low ejection fraction (<30%) presence of infection relevant comorbidities (NYHA IV, abnormal liver function, COPD, dialysis requirement) severe mental disorder
