Inclusion criteria: At least 18 years old Agreement to the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: allergies to one of the ingredients of the placebo pill

Social Pain following exclusion/inclusion was assessed by means of two items (“The other players’ behavior hurt me”; 1 = not at all, 9 = very much; "Please rate your current levels of social pain on a scale from 0 = no pain, 10 = strongest pain imaginable) Need Threat following exclusion/inclusion was assessed by means of four items (see Rudert & Greifeneder, 2016).
