Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Staff: - Age: see above - Occupation on the observed intensive care unit during the defined study period - Health personnel (physicians, caregivers) Patients: - Age: 18 years or older - Intensive care unit stay between 04/01/2023 and 03/31/2024

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Staff: - No occupation on the observed intensive care unit during the defined study period - No health personnel - Refusal to participate Patients: - Age: younger than 18 years old - No intensive care unit stay in the defined study period
