Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
We aim to calculate CSF-Serum-ratios of several antiinfectives (e.g. Cefotaxime, Ceftazidime, Linezolide) by chromatographic or immunologic daily or bidiurnal measurements of their respective levels in contemporaneously taken CSF- and blood-probes

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Influence of type of drainage and type of disease on the CSF-Serum-ratio of an antiinfective
