18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Module 1: Knee pain greater than or equal to 3 (VAS) Module 2: Follow-up treatment KTEP Module 3: end-stage OA, patient directly before KTEP Men not older than 65, women not older than 60

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cortisone treatment (excl. inhalation), rheumatoid arthritis

Primary

MeasureTime frame
3 weeks after inpatient rehabilitation (T1): KOOS (knee pain and function), EQ-5D (quality of life), WAI (work ability index), VAS (pain) Blood parameters/cartilage remodeling: blood sampling and ELISA

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Follow-up 6 months after inpatient rehabilitation (T2): KOOS (knee pain and function), EQ-5D (quality of life), WAI (work ability index), pain scale 0-10 (pain).
