Inclusion criteria: Mothers: - Written informed consent by the study participant - Age = 18 years Neonates: - Informed consent by legal representative(s) Healthy subjects: - Written informed consent by the study participant - Age = 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Inclusion of the mother in an interventional study - Infectious viral disease (HBV, HCV, HIV, COVID-19) or unknown COVID-19 status in the mother - Iatrogenic immunosuppression of the mother
