Quantitatively measurable effects in group 1 to 4 using a questionary twelve month after the start of the intervention. Inventory (70 questions): - WHOQOL-BREF - mental quality of life - FTND / AUDIT - Tobacco / Alcohol Consumption Behavior - CPSS - Covid - 19 - Strain - AD-EVA: Diet/Exercise Behavior - Statistical evaluation using ANOVA with repeated measures - when assumptions are violated, non-parametric methods using the Wilcoxon test
