Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Volunteer registered nurses responsible for wound care and documentation of a patient with a pressure ulcer or IAD in the gluteal or pelvic region.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - No Informed Consent - Nursing assistants, trainees, interns
