Group 1: The described research study includes the creation of a database of eoCRC-patients (patients with diagnosis of CRC at an age 50y at diagnosis). Finally, if the dataset proves to be sufficient

1) Description of the collective of eoCRC-patients including a comparison with loCRC-patients focusing especially on metabolic factors (BMI, insuline resistance, diabetes, dyslipidemia,...) 2) Modellation of predictive factors for a positive oncological (tumour stage at diagnosis, molecular entity and tumour location, tumour-free survival, metastasis or tumour recurrence) and/or surgical (r0-resectability, surgical complication rate) outcome	—
