Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age > 18 years • Diagnosis of cerebral infarction (I63.*) upon discharge from the Department of Neurology, University Hospital Leipzig • Treatment at the Clinic and Polyclinic for Neurology, University Hospital Leipzig in the years 2020 to 2022 • Existing, signed declaration of consent to participate in the stroke aftercare concept of the Clinic and Polyclinic for Neurology, University Hospital Leipzig

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosis of cerebral infarction (I63.*) revised during follow-up • Incorrect or unidentifiable address of participants • Residence outside of Saxony

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary end point is the results of the questionnaire sent, i.e. the answers of those affected by stroke regarding their personal preferences on PROMs. The questionnaire sent out consists of 30 questions. The descriptive analysis of the answers will be carried out after the questionnaire has been returned to the study center.
